Trust is part of the deliverable.

What we promise about your brief, your assets and your film — written plainly, without claims we cannot stand behind.

Client work is never published by U3 without explicit written approval.

01 Confidentiality

Every brief, script, asset and cut is treated as confidential from the first message. Access inside U3 is limited to the people working on the production.

We do not discuss a client's project with anyone outside it, and we do not use one client's material as a reference for another's.

02 Non-disclosure agreements

We sign your NDA before a brief is shared, or provide ours. An NDA is standard for enterprise and agency work and available to any client on request.

03 Portfolio and publication permission

Nothing we produce for a client appears on u3-ai.com, in our reels, on our social channels or in pitches to other clients unless the client approves it in writing — the film, the client's name and any frame of it, separately.

Permission is explicit, never assumed, and can be withdrawn: tell us and the work comes down.

04 Commercial usage rights and ownership

Commercial usage rights and ownership terms are defined in the project's statement of work: the media, territories, duration and purposes the film may be used for, and what transfers to the client on final payment.

Those terms are subject to the licences of any third-party assets, models or tools used in production. We do not offer blanket copyright guarantees that a third-party licence may not support; where a specific right matters to you — broadcast, paid media in a given territory, resale — we confirm it in the SOW before production starts.

05 Client assets

Logos, product photography, footage, voices and documents you share are used only to produce your project. They are not used to train models, are not shared with other clients, and are deleted on request after delivery.

06 AI production disclosure

Our films are produced with AI. We say so, and we provide a disclosure note on request describing what was generated, what was recorded and what was edited — in the wording your market, platform or legal team needs.

Where a market or a client requires an on-screen or in-description disclosure, we prepare it with you.

07 Vendor and tool transparency

On request — typically from enterprise procurement — we list the models, platforms and tools used on a production, with their vendors and the licence terms that apply to the output.

08 Likeness, voice and performance

We generate a real person's likeness or voice only with that person's (or their representative's) documented consent, and only for the uses that consent covers. Public-figure work published by U3 is either commissioned by the artist or their team, or clearly labelled as a creative tribute.

09 Multilingual and market-specific delivery

Films are delivered in the languages and dialects agreed in the SOW, with lip-synced voice-over where specified. Market-specific requirements — disclosure wording, content rules, subtitle standards — are scoped with the brief.

10 What we do not claim

U3 does not hold SOC 2, ISO or similar certifications, and we do not claim enterprise encryption standards or private-model training guarantees. We describe what we actually do, in writing, and welcome your security questionnaire.
