What is U3 AI Agency?
U3 AI Agency (U3) is an AI-native creative production studio founded in 2025 by Mohamed Yousry and based in Alexandria, Egypt. Two lines take projects today: U3 Creative (AI commercials and launch campaigns, product ads, brand and enterprise films, music videos, AI dubbing and localization, and feature-length AI film) and U3 Growth (marketing strategy and campaigns, social media management, design, media buying and UGC-style ads). U3 Digital (websites, SaaS and product development, business systems and learning platforms) is coming soon and not yet open for new projects. Every service page with published work ends with the case studies, markets and outside sources that evidence it; no U3 Growth service — marketing strategy and campaigns, social media management, design, media buying or UGC-style ads — has one published yet, and no Growth result is claimed until a client reports one.

What is the difference between U3 Creative, U3 Growth and U3 Digital?
U3 Creative makes the film — the commercial, the brand or enterprise film, the music video. U3 Growth puts the work in front of people — marketing strategy and campaigns, social media management, design, media buying and UGC-style ads, with the creative and the reporting in one loop. U3 Digital builds what a campaign sends people to and what the business runs on — websites, SaaS products, portals, business systems and learning platforms, with U3 Care after launch. U3 Creative and U3 Growth take projects today; U3 Digital is coming soon and not yet open for new projects. Every project is priced on its own, with no public rate card.
Does U3 do post-production for footage or AI outputs we already have?
Yes. U3 Creative has an in-house post team — video editing, motion graphics, 3D, VFX and compositing, colour and sound — that finishes every U3 film and also takes standalone work: raw footage that needs an edit, motion graphics or VFX; AI-generated shots that are not production-ready yet; or a full production from concept to final master. The disciplines used on each published film are listed on its page, and the post-production page shows the work rather than grading it.

Do you work with clients in the Gulf — Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE?
Yes. Recent Gulf work includes a promo film for Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, produced for the ministry’s contracted agency; Marriott Jeddah Madinah Road and Exzootic in Saudi Arabia; Al Ahly Academy’s season-launch film in the UAE; First Step’s launch films in Kuwait and Qatar; and product ads for Fine Mattress in Qatar. Beyond the Gulf, product ads for TCL in Iraq. We produce in Gulf, Egyptian and Modern Standard Arabic as well as English and German, invoice in USD and deliver remotely, so there are no travel costs.
Will it look “AI”?
Not if we did our job. We lock character identities, engineer visual consistency, and grade every frame like a film. The work has aired on national television next to traditionally-produced content — and held its own. Judge the reel, not the label.
How fast can you deliver?
A focused ad lands in days, not months. Exact timing depends on duration and complexity — we agree on the timeline at the brief stage and we keep it. Tight deadline? Say so upfront and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s possible.
Can the same character appear across several films?
Yes — that’s one of our specialties. We build locked character identities that stay consistent across scenes, films, and whole campaigns. Your brand character looks the same in film one and film twenty.
How do revisions work?
Stage by stage. The voice-over is approved before scenes. Key-frames come to you as stills with a free revision round before any animation starts. That’s how we keep quality high and timelines honest — big changes after animation restart the stage.
Who owns the final film?
You do, for the commercial use agreed in the project — paid media, broadcast, digital, internal, wherever the film needs to run. Usage and ownership terms are written into the statement of work and transfer with the final payment, subject to the licences of any third-party assets or tools used in production.
What are the payment terms?
For productions: 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery — no hidden fees, no surprise line items. U3 Growth work is scoped and priced per brief.
Which languages and dialects do you produce in?
Egyptian, Gulf and Modern Standard Arabic, plus English and German. Voice-over, lip-sync, and on-screen text all match the market you’re targeting.
What do you need from me to start?
A clear brief, your brand assets (logo, product shots), and any references you love. The clearer the input, the closer the first cut lands to the picture in your head.
What if I need to cancel?
For productions: before work begins, your 50% deposit is fully refundable. Up to the voice-over stage, we refund the portion of work not yet done. Once animation starts, the production is committed. Full details are on the refund policy page. For U3 Growth work, the terms are set per brief.
Do you produce AI car commercials for automotive brands?
Yes — launch films, EV and car commercials, showroom and feature reels for brands, distributors and dealerships across Egypt and the Gulf. Photoreal cars with the right proportions, badges and colourways, real physics, cinema lighting, and not a single day of physical shooting — which is why a launch film can be storyboarded one week and delivered the next. Automotive work is shared on request, with the client’s approval.
