Turning a teacher's operation into an education platform
Classes, groups, schedules, registration, recorded lessons, live sessions, materials and parent follow-up were run by hand. Al Yosr put the whole operation on one Arabic-first platform.
Al Yosr — Mr. Ahmed Yousry, senior Arabic teacher
Arabic · Markets: Egypt
In brief: U3 AI Agency built Al Yosr (elyousr.com), an Arabic-first education platform for a senior Arabic teacher's operation in Egypt: stage pages from grade 4 to first secondary, group scheduling, live and recorded learning, homework and exams, subscriptions and parent follow-up. The platform is in daily use and takes student subscriptions (owner-confirmed, October 2026).
- Type: Education platform — Arabic-first (Confirmed by U3)
- School years: Grade 4 → 1st secondary (Confirmed by U3)
- Learning: Live + recorded — homework, exams, parent follow-up (Confirmed by U3)
The business problem
A senior Arabic teacher ran a real operation — groups across school years, live and recorded lessons, registration, homework and parent follow-up — through manual work that grew with every student.
Why the obvious approach wasn't enough
A marketing website would not have changed the work. The operation needed a product: student records, group scheduling, live and recorded learning, admin flows and parent visibility, in proper Arabic.
Why it mattered
Software turned recurring manual work into flows: registration became a form, a schedule became a group calendar, a lesson became a page with its recording and homework, follow-up became something a parent can see.
Product strategy
Model the teacher's actual workflow — stages, groups, sessions, materials, parents — and build the platform around it, Arabic-first, so the operation runs inside the product instead of around it.
UX & design
Arabic-first and RTL by design, built for parents and students on phones: stage pages that say what a school year includes, a clear subscription path, live-class reminders and a dark mode.
