From one ad to a repeatable creative production line
Short vertical ads for real products in real markets — Qatar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt — made without a studio day, a shipped sample or a reshoot when the next colour launches.
Fine Mattress, TCL, TRU HUE, First Step & more
Arabic (Gulf, Iraqi, Egyptian) · English · Markets: Qatar · Iraq · Saudi Arabia · Egypt
In brief: U3 AI Agency produces vertical product ads at scale for brands in Qatar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Egypt — Fine Mattress, TCL, TRU HUE and others — as a repeatable production line: story, feature, UGC-style and hypermotion formats, hook and language variations, without a studio day.

The business problem
Product owners usually have one budget per ad, not one per hook, per language or per platform — and the next SKU, colour or season starts the cost again.
Why the obvious approach wasn't enough
A product ad has about two seconds to earn the next twenty, and a product owner usually has one budget for it — not one per hook, per language, per platform. The product itself has to be exact: the packaging, the label, the colourway that arrives in the box.
The U3 idea
Build the hook first — the frame that makes a thumb stop — then the rest of the ad around it. Keep the product real (built from the client's own product shots) and generate everything around it: the villa in the heat, the showroom, the creator's bathroom mirror, the liquid bronze. Because there is no shoot to redo, variations to test live inside the same production.
Why it mattered
Because production is AI-native, a variation is a decision, not a shoot: new hooks, languages, SKUs and seasonal versions come out of the same production system.
Production system
- Fine Mattress Cool Touch (Qatar): a penguin shipped to a villa in the heat looks for somewhere cold enough to live and finds it on the mattress — a 68-second story ad ending on the product's real features.
- TCL Iraq: a 16-second inverter air-conditioner feature ad, a 19-second front-load washer ad and an animated TV spot, each in Iraqi Arabic with the specs on screen.
- TRU HUE Glow Halo: an ultra-realistic UGC ad — a creator talking into her phone, product on skin — plus two hypermotion films of the same bottle.
- First Step Qatar: two wordless opening films for an autism care centre.
- Every ad conformed to the placements it has to live in: vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts; square and wide where needed.
What shipped

- First Step — Qatar opening: 20K+ views (Confirmed by U3, as of Sep 2026)
What this proves
U3 can repeatedly produce new products, new SKUs, seasonal campaigns, vertical versions and cutdowns from one production system — not only one hero film.
