From laptop-only Excel to a business system in your pocket
Rukn's accounts, measurements and project records depended on spreadsheets and a laptop. U3 built a purpose-built operational system — bilingual, multi-currency, installed to the phone's home screen.
Rukn — interior design, Saudi Arabia
Arabic · English · Markets: Saudi Arabia
In brief: U3 AI Agency built a custom business system for Rukn, an interior-design company in Saudi Arabia, replacing laptop-only Excel workflows: client payments and balances, project values and costs, suppliers, materials, invoices, pipeline, measurements and client progress — Arabic/English, multi-currency, mobile-first. U3 also produced Rukn's AI brand identity film and web work; the relationship spans creative and digital.

The business problem
Client payments, remaining balances, project values, costs, suppliers, materials, invoices, the pipeline, measurements and client progress all lived in Excel workflows tied to a laptop.
Why the obvious approach wasn't enough
Spreadsheets are flexible until a business grows past them: a number in the wrong tab, a measurement on the wrong sheet, nothing available on site from a phone.
Why it mattered
Custom software turned a fragmented workflow into a purpose-built operational system: every record in its place, every balance current, every project visible from the site.
Product strategy
Model the real workflow — projects, clients, money in and out, suppliers, materials, measurements — as one system, and put it where the work happens: on a phone, in Arabic and English, in more than one currency.
